What we collect

• Account information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, email, and profile photo.
• The questions you ask and the content you post, so the platform can work and improve.
• Usage and diagnostic data, such as which features you use and errors you hit.
• Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve OracleFlow: answering your questions, keeping your account secure, processing your subscription, and fixing problems. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Service providers

OracleFlow runs on trusted infrastructure: Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for billing, Convex for data storage, and standard analytics and error-monitoring tools. Each processes only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep records such as billing history.
